Flexible working is becoming more common and more important than ever, with increasing numbers of employees working away from their usual workplace. The self-service function allows employees to manage their own time and attendance information online, via a computer, mobile device or tablet. Supervisors are sent real-time alerts for any absence requests. It also lets supervisors automate certain time-intensive administrative tasks remotely and track employee activity.

It allows them to check leave entitlements, book vacation time, view their weekly shift planner, apply for shift swaps and even highlight extra shifts they would be able to work using the Availability to Work feature.
Reduce the admin load on supervisors
Our user-friendly software gives supervisors the ability to get real-time employee attendance data, so they can monitor clocking and job information, entitlements, absences, and planned time off. They get real-time alerts for absence requests submitted through the system and can easily approve or deny these. The software also allows them to send messages to specific groups or individual employees, for example to offer up a shift to work so they can quickly solve a staffing shortage.
