SILVERLIGHT TECHNOLOGY (web module)
• This technology allows our system to be web-based, which means that supervisors and employees can now access it not only from their computers but also from remote devices
• Right click capability –new option that has drastically reduced the size of the on screen menus and in some cases eliminated them entirely allowing for a more clutter free look
DASHBOARD
• Completely new, graphical and user –friendly dashboard
• It can be installed into your desktop allowing you an easy access to our application straight from your desktop in a faster way thanks to using your PC’s resources

DOCUMENT ACCESSIBILITY
• Employees files are accessible in an easier way – any document relating to your staff can be found within seconds!
TIMESHEETS
• It’s a completely new feature within our software based on the same data as the ‘clock card’ option but using different ways of displaying and inputting
• Timesheets allow an employee to create and modify a working record in an intuitive and visual manner
• The employee is able to draw and expand work shifts on a time based grid
• Supervisors can see individual and group timesheets
REPORTS
• A new feature – effortless Report Writing Wizard will guide you step by step to creating entry level reports
MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
• The ‘On-site’ list can be viewed within MS Outlook
• The employee can view their clocking, hours worked and flexi-balance with MS Outlook,
• Holiday requests can be made direct from Outlook
• Notification of employees ‘clocks in’ and ‘clocks out’
MOBILE TECHNOLOGY (I-PHONE)
• Onsite record available for supervisors/ area managers on the move
• Capability to auto notify when an individual ‘clocks in’
• Ability to link to Google Maps to see where the transaction took place
ON SITE LIST
• The list can be displayed in reception area on the large screen presenting a list of employees currently being on site
• It can display up to 4 fully configurable onsite lists
• It includes “ID card” style graphical support for employee pictures and scrolling lists
IT
• For multi site/ multi database customers the system will run more effectively and run as a service
