Mitrefinch Canada has held its User Group meeting this year at the Toronto Airport Mariott. "The location made it very easy for our customers to attend this session." Says Ed VanHooydonk, Business Development Director for Mitrefinch Canada. "The location couldn't have been better, and we really must thank the great work of the Mariott, the location and food were terrific."
Mitrefinch welcomed all of our Canadian customers to join us and were thrilled that nearly half of all of our clients were able to send at least one delegate. The day began promptly at 8:30 with introductions and a meet and greet with the Mitrefinch staff. The room was then introduced to the new Canadian Operations Manager Howard Rabb who while commending the work already done, set out his goals for the Canadian operation going forward.
Speeches were followed by breakout sessions where clients were free to wander to facility speaking one on one with Support, Sales, and Management. Afterwards Technical Manager Adam Noble held a 90 minute report writer training session to help delegates brush up on their knowledge of this most powerful business reporting tool.
"We are really grateful for the feedback we received" Says Howard Rabb. "Next year, we aim to increase the event to a full day and invite some of our strategic partners to speak as well. We really want this to be an HR Extravaganza allowing our clients to maximize their day hearing from experts in Time & Attendance, but also Benefits Management, and Payroll. The best feedback we got was ‘We wanted to see even more' so rest assured, next year will be even better!"
