Mitrefinch Canada has expanded support hours for North American clients. The change means that customers with an active support contract will now be able to reach a technical support Analyst from 8:00AM EST - 6:00PM EST. "The change means we're now available an hour earlier for our Canadian customers" says Howard Rabb, Operations Manager for Mitrefinch Canada. "Leveraging our new VoIP PBX has allowed us to offer even more support options than ever before. We plan on making further changes at enhancing our support program for 2010!"
