Organic Resource Management choose Mitrefinch

Organic Resource Management have begun implementation of Mitrefinch’s robust new Biometric Time and Attendance solution

Organic Resource Management (ORMI), a leading collector of non-hazardous liquid organic waste, has selected Mitrefinch to provide their new Time and Attendance System (TMS).

ORMI which is a TSX listed company will be deploying Mitrefinch's new Biometric Fingerprint clocks equipped with the latest Lumidigm Mercury reader to allow their staff to clock in and out.

The Lumidigm readers allow for a much easier clock in and out experience compared with older more traditional biometric readers.  The Multi Spectral Imaging technology is better able to record images from a multitude of conditions and skin types.

"If you have been disappointed by fingerprint readers in the past you have GOT to try the Lumidigm reader", says Howard Rabb, Operations Manager for Mitrefinch's Canadian office.

Mitrefinch will install its latest version of TMS, TMS Version 6, along with its Silverlight Employee and Manager Self Service to allow supervisors to access information while limiting the use of Network Resources by using the Silverlight thin client as opposed to the traditional fat client.

ORMI use a sophisticated proprietary scheduling system to schedule their drivers.  Mitrefinch have committed to importing this schedule on a daily basis to allow ORMI to continue to schedule their drivers as they do now and eliminating the need to duplicate this process in their Time and Attendance software.
