Mitrefinch Canada welcomes Danny Brown to serve as the new Canadian Support Analyst. Danny joins us from the UK where he spent over a year dealing with first and second line support issues from around the world in the UK support centre. "Danny had the best call close record of any of the first line analysts in the UK and was the logical choice when the need to expand our Canadian Operation became clear." Says Adam Noble , Operations Manager for Mitrefinch Canada. "Even amid a worsening Economy our business continues to be strong, and our customers expect our support services to grow"
The move means Canada will now have a dedicated full time support analyst working from within Canada on Canadian customer issues. Mitrefinch will continue to leverage the considerable support resources in the UK for third line and developmental issues.
