Mitrefinch are pleased to announce that Rainbows Children’s Hospice has selected their HR Manager Software to help streamline data for their growing team.
The Loughborough based Rainbow Childrens Hospice supports children and young people with a life-limiting condition and their families by offering specialist respite, palliative and end of life care for the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
The contract strengthens Mitrefinch’s presence in the not-for-profit sector, where they now have over 60 clients.
On choosing Mitrefinch, Helen Calvert, HR Administrator said “We were managing our HR data by running several manual systems and reports we had created ourselves, but we were looking for greater control.
After looking at a number of systems we decided that Mitrefinch would offer us the best value for money. HR Manager is very easy to customise and will grow with our future needs. We have to store a lot of unusual data about our care team for example nursing records and CRB checks, so we need a system that is really flexible.
We will also use the report wizard to generate reports on anything we need rather than being limited to off the shelf reports. This will help us to report relevant management information and save a lot of time.
I feel that the Mitrefinch system will help us to gain control of our data as everything will be centralised, with tailored access rights and permissions for each user. It will really support our Managers, HR, Training and Payroll teams to quickly access the data they need.”
