TMS has linked very well with other systems onsite and the report writer was described by Karen as ‘phenomenal
Scarboro Golf and Country Club, with a history dating back to 1912, has been the site of four Canadian Opens and several amateur championships and is ranked in the top 40 golf courses in Ontario.
In 2007, the club became dissatisfied with their punch card time keeping system and decided to purchase a more accurate time and attendance solution to cater for the 175 employees working onsite. Payroll manager Karen Grant remembers that Scarboro opted for the Mitrefinch system primarily because of its cost. The club purchased our Time Management System (TMS) with time allocation options and a biometric fingerprint reader.
The implementation of the system went well and Scarboro particularly appreciated the hands-on training that was received as part of the setup process. Staff at the golf club accepted TMS quickly as it was so self-explanatory and intuitive. TMS has linked very well with other systems onsite and the report writer was described by Karen as ‘phenomenal.’
The Mitrefinch system has brought many tangible benefits to the golf club. Lots of time has been saved with an estimated 1-3 hours of employee time cut per payroll. The employees have appreciated the opportunity to check their schedules online rather than having to call into the club.
Karen Grant concludes that the system is very user friendly and she is confident that it will save Scarboro lots of time.
