Reinhart replace their automated Time and Attendance system with Mitrefinch TMS

With Mitrefinch TMS it will ultimately help us become more efficient”.

Reinhart Foods chose Mitrefinch as their new Time and Attendance (TMS) vendor in 2009.

Mitrefinch was selected to replace an existing automated Time and Attendance system that had already been in place, but was not providing Reinhart Foods with the information and flexibility they required as a growing business.

A major requirement for Reinhart was the necessity to have reports show how many hours employees worked across various cost centres.

"With Mitrefinch we now have reports emailed automatically to the supervisors showing us hours worked”, says Bev Potts of Reinhart Foods. This will ultimately help us become more efficient”.

Through Mitrefinch’s TAS (Time Allocation Module), Reinhart are able to track hours worked to departments or other cost centres.  Mitrefinch allows this labour transfer information to be entered at the clock, on a touch screen PC, iPhone, smart phone, or inputted after the fact by a supervisor.

“I like the fact that updates are included in our maintenance, we won’t need to purchase a new system in a few years, we’ll just upgrade” continues Bev.

Reinhart run Mitrefinch TMS from a server in Markham that users connect to through Citrix.  The clocks communicate back through their network to their head office giving Reinhart a total view of their hours used across these three sites in one central system.

Reinhart Foods is a food manufacturer with over 85 years experience in the industry. Their brands include; Allens, Daltons, Jaffa and Reinhart. With a head office in Markham, and plants in Vancouver BC, Stayner, Ontario and Chambly Quebec, Reinhart have currently deployed Mitrefinch TMS in Stayner, Markham, and Chambly.
