TMS.NET has proved to be very popular with employees and has freed up the HR team at Electrolux from time-consuming administration

In 2008, the Canadian branch of Electrolux started using the Mitrefinch Time Management System (TMS) and associated web-based module, TMS.NET at their site in Mississauga, Ontario.

The Mitrefinch system has dealt well with the varied shift patterns on site: 20 hours-based employees clock in and out of the plant using fobs and 67 salaried employees use TMS.NET to book absences.

Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, Cathy Zhuang enthuses, “I love the Mitrefinch system!” She uses the system to run the bi-weekly payroll for the company and finds that the software always works well. Electrolux also TMS alongside ADP payroll and the payroll import is always “very smooth.”

According to Mrs. Zhuang, TMS.NET has proved to be very popular with employees and has freed up the HR team at Electrolux from time-consuming administration.

Electrolux have also been impressed by the Mitrefinch Support team. Cathy remembers that, “we needed help with the first payroll import to ADP and Mitrefinch Support helped us to make the changes, according to our payroll rules.” Also, when a problem was encountered with the monthly vacation report, the Mitrefinch Support team responded quickly.

Cathy Zhuang concludes, “It’s a very good system. I love it.”
