An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Sales Department for a talented and highly motivated 100% New Business Manager. We are seeking a candidate that can build and strengthen client relationships and potentially new business sales by understanding the client’s business goals and presenting a solution as to how they align with Mitrefinch products and services. The candidate will report directly to the CSO.

 

This is both office based and customer facing at their sites as required. Therefore travel out of province will be required.

 

To be considered for this position, you must be able to:

 

  • Act as the face to the client, representing Mitrefinch
  • Create new business opportunities with our existing clientele
  • Have experience in sales for customer focused software solutions
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and demonstrate them in clear language
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely records of all customer communication.
  • Ability to work under your own initiative
  • Motivated by targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales and customer service  experience
  • Client management experience
  • Preferably with experience with Time & Attendance, Payroll, HR systems
